To complete our Technical Support team, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated Technical Support Engineer to support our customers, Burckhardt subsidiaries as well as Field Service Engineers in all technical question.
You have completed a technical apprenticeship, have advanced your studies as a technician (TS/HS) and already possess minimum 5 years of experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of capital goods, ideally reciprocating compressors. You have a passion for customer focus, a strong service orientation, enjoy working with people from different nationalities and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You are of a reliable and communicative nature and have strong analytical and organizational skills. A high degree of independence, communication skills in discussions with international clients and a highly developed quality conscience are characterizing your personality. You are fluent in the English and the German language both orally and written and you are familiar with the following IT applications (MS-Office; SAP; CRM).
