- Contact with external official bodies and offices such as embassies, governmental offices, etc.
- Organization, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of meetings, trainings and appointments
- Correspondence in English is a must, additional languages such as French, Arabic or other languages of this region are an asset.
- Co-organization of trade fairs
- Organization of customer visits and customer care
- Elaboration of figures and graphics
- Monthly reporting, administration of invoices and regional management service fees
- Commercial diploma or bachelor degree
- Entry position with 1-2 years administration experience in an international company
- age range 25-33
- Fluent English knowledge (oral & written) are a must - French, Arabic, South East European languages are an asset
- Good MS-Office-Knowledge
