Product Manager Consumer Goods Personal & Home Care (100%, m/f)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage & develop the Personal & Home Care product line according to Omya's strategy
- (Omya own and distribution ingredients)
- Regional one point of contact for defined product line
- Analyze and review the designated product line and its sales performance within region
- (Europe)
- Recognize and eliminate deficiencies in the Personal & Home Care portfolio and
- elaborate measures for improvement
- Scout for new products matching the strategy and implement into the portfolio
- Support the sales force in selling the product line (joint customer visits, technical support)
- and follow up the results
- Initiate, lead and run product line related trainings and sales campaigns as well as
- providing portfolio related sales tool packages (e.g. brochures, flyers, presentations,
- prototypes)
- Manage principals and suppliers
- Analyze Personal & Home Care markets, trends and products and provide market and
- competitive intelligence support to the team
- Participate to trade shows, events and provide product expertise
- Develop and implement pricing guidelines
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor or Master degree in either chemistry or cosmetic science
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, ideally in the area of specialty
- ingredients for Personal & Home Care markets
- Profound experience in Product Management B2B with proven success in previous
- positions
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent interpersonal negotiation, communication and team
- playing skills
- Excellent knowledge of the European Personal & Home Care ingredients market
- Ability to find solutions, achieve objectives and drive the project to completion
- Interest to work with interdisciplinary teams and in a multicultural environment
