As a Sales Development Representative you ensure that our sales funnel is always filled. :)
In this entry role, you’re primarily managing the first part of the sales cycle (acquisition and lead qualification). The more experienced and confident you get, you can work yourself towards handling the second part of the cycle, too (product demo, negotiation, contracting, closure) – and eventually become an Account Executive.
Sales Development Representative (US/UK)
Your Job: Find new customers
You research prospective customers and create dedicated outreach lists.
You source contacts and key decision makers and approach them.
You organise meetings with potential clients.
You develop your own growth concepts and implement your ideas.
You help the team develop new sales strategies.
You set up operations and improve existing processes.
You do market research, competitors’ analysis, and analyze sales data in a meaningful way.
Your Skills: Most importantly: drive!
You‘ve got a flair for Sales, Branding, SaaS, Agencies, etc.
Ideally, you’re a graduate in Business, Economics, or a similar field.
You’re proficient in English, German and any other common language might be useful, too.
You can easily approach people.
You’ve shown that you can initiate new things and get them done.
You never give up! :)
