Job Description We are seeking an experienced Education & Learning Solutions Program/Product Owner to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and lifecycle management of educational programs and products. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the medical or educational sector, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of educational solutions. The role primarily involves developing and managing medical educational programs and products, ensuring alignment with goals and market needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key tasks include: Program and Product Ideation: Lead the ideation, scoping, and development of educational programs and products, ensuring alignment with educational goals and business expectations. Collaborate closely with the Education Design team, Finance, and other stakeholders to conduct thorough market and clinical scoping, develop business plans, and create formal project documentation. Target Group Insight: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target groups' educational needs, the competitive landscape, decision-making processes, and funding sources. Monitor trends to support innovation and consult with target groups effectively. Program and Product Development Management: Oversee the planning and development of specific programs and products, from resource allocation to close collaboration with Education Design for creation and implementation. Work with Marketing and Education Events teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing management. Lifecycle Management: Utilize established KPIs to monitor and report on product performance, manage adjustments, and conduct quality control. Oversee project governance, including budget planning, risk analysis, documentation, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Partnerships and Marketing Management: Engage and coordinate with relevant partners and vendors, conduct market research, and collaborate with Marketing to develop comprehensive strategies covering pricing, distribution, and promotion. Job Requirements Min 3 years in Product Manager/Product Owner role, preferably in a medical/education environment Project Management experience is required Business Development and Marketing experience is an advantage Proficiency in English is mandatory, German language is a plus

Job Responsibilities Support event deployment and logistics (pre-, on-site and post- event) Provide operational and administrative support for all related event activities and maintain activities in the event management system Manage event participants for assigned educational events Support the events execution on-site as a backup of the Event Owners Help to facilitate smooth collaboration within Operational Teams (Event Owners and Event Specialists) Manage the collaboration with local agencies / suppliers Act as the cost expert of the events (manage the expenses) Drive invoice handling and P&L reporting Manage CME accreditation Manage compliance approval and data in Concerto Manage event closing for final reconciliation Job Requirements Bachelor degree in relevant field (e.g., hospitality, event management, public relations, communications, marketing) or higher Education “Fachausweis“ Proven record of professional experience in event organization or project management (3-5 years) Experience in medical events/course organization would be an advantage Strong organizational-, project- and event management skills Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professionals Good problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize task A collaborative, solution-focused approach, ability to collaborate well with others and work cross-functionally across the organization Proven Team player through consistent reliability and effective support Knowledge and proven experience of relevant systems (e.g. Sales Force) Fluent written and verbal German and English is a must. Job responsibilities Coordinate regional research activities for all Clinical Specialties such as research fellowships, mini-grants and awards in close collaboration with the central functions. Organize meetings with regional research committee including agenda, meeting minutes, and reimbursement. Manage internal and external communication for relevant research projects Prepare contracts and process invoices related to research fellowships and grants Manage regional research budgets in close collaboration with the regional managers Ensure proper storage and archiving of regional research documents Provide operational and administrative support for all related research activities and maintain activities in the research database Job requirement Bachelor degree or higher Education “Fachausweis“ Proven record of professional experience in managing research projects, project management and/or grand management (min. 2-3 years) Strong organizational and project management skills Able to work independently with strong attention to details Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relations with Health Care Professionals Good problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize task English is a must, German nice to have This is a temporary position until May 31, 2025

Job Responsibilities Provide medical and scientific support in all phases of clinical research projects conducted and supported by AO ITC Clinical Evidence as needed and as specified in the Quality Management System (QMS) of AO ITC Clinical Evidence Act as project owner and project lead for clinical research projects in the idea phase according to the QMS Development and/or review of medical scientific documents (such as OnePager, CIP/RP, SAP, FSR, manuscripts, conference abstracts, and posters/presentations) Evaluate and interpret clinical data in collaboration with the medical subject matter experts (PCIs), medical biostatisticians, and medical writers Adverse Event Review as specifically defined in the CIP/RP for each clinical research project Assist with radiological measurements and interpretations as necessary Lectures for clinical research education inhouse or for external stakeholders Representation of AO ITC Clinical Evidence in expert groups/working groups of the AO ITC Technical Commission or research commissions of the AO Clinical Divisions Job Requirements Background and skills: MD, DMD or DMV Experience in clinical studies, medical services, medical writing and teaching on an international, multicultural level (at least 2-3 years) Experience in clinical practice (i.e. traumatology, orthopedics, neurology, internal medicine, rehabilitation medicine) Professional experience in medical device industry considered as an added value Basic knowledge of biomedical statistics Experience in scientific writing Willingness to travel Attention to detail and reliability Flexibility and customer-focused mindset Strong written and oral communication skills in English
