What you will move in this role: Take ownership of power conversion features end-to-end, from customer requirements through architecture, implementation alignment, and final system verification. Design and define control functions, modulation concepts, fault reactions, and system behavior for high-power electronic converters. Collaborate closely with hardware, software, FPGA, and test engineers to ensure seamless integration and consistent feature development. Create and maintain system requirements, functional architectures, interface definitions, and behavioral models using modern engineering methods and tools. Drive simulation, testing, and validation activities, taking features from virtual models into real-world verification in the high-voltage laboratory. Ensure traceability, documentation quality, and compliance with automotive development processes such as ASPICE and functional safety standards. Represent the system perspective towards internal stakeholders and customers, helping to resolve technical challenges and align cross-functional teams.
