Main responsibilities Manage, develop and lead the two teams in charge of Collaboration & Productivity and non-ERP applications consisting of functional and development specialists Define the strategy and roadmap of the collaboration solutions such as M365/MS Office365, Azure, Power Platform, Power Solutions, etc. including Artificial Intelligence, solution architecture and data orchestration and all non-ERP such as Jaegger, Service Now, Docusign Be responsible for the daily operation, develop and maintain functional and personal competencies of the two teams Establish long-term relationships with your key stakeholders in the business, understand their requirements, advise and provide solutions in their challenges of the daily business Actively manage the user community in the business and represent the competence center within in the global organization Manage external supplier relationships, service level agreements, negotiate contracts Apply the industry's best practice for demand and change management and agile operations Responsibility for budget, financial controlling and relevant reporting to C-level functions Drive the cultural change toward user adoption of digital processes forward
