What You'll Do This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international supply chain leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2 years program, you’ll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, providing you with a first-hand experience in our core logistics functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you. Within the program you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and further develop your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into four main stages: 4-6 Months in Materials Management: Dive into the heart of our supply and demand planning, manage the forecasting of a product line and and experience the pulse of our business from day one. 2 Months in Global Logistics at HQs: We will provide you with an introduction to projects in Global Logistics at our Headquarters in Liechtenstein. Get a global perspective of our Global Logistics-2030 strategy as you tackle real-world challenges and build a strong network in the global logistics teams. 4-6 Months in Warehouse Operations: From transport management and working in a warehouse, including a first team lead experience. Get a real understanding of operations and leading operational team members in our state-of-the-art warehouses. 4-6 months in Transport Management: Get a deep understanding in transport management, from orchestrating replenishment and last mile deliveries to managing our transport providers and engage yourself in tender negotiations. 4 Months in Strategic Logistics Projects: Apply your newfound knowledge to a high-impact strategic project, driving innovation and making a tangible difference, either in your home region or in another country.

What You'll Do In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that all Hilti entities and functions globally conduct their activities in line with applicable customs, sanctions, and export control regulations, as well as Hilti’s internal compliance policies. You will coordinate the local implementation of Hilti’s global trade compliance framework across our regional organizations, contributing to governance responsibilities under the lead business structures. You will also provide expert guidance and training to ensure proper understanding and execution of compliance requirements across all levels.

The program is split into 3 main stages: ​ 12 months as a t eam l ead in a p lant or t ool s ervice c enter, coordinating shopfloor activities or leading a production technology project as Lean Manager or Process Engineer in your home region. ​ 6 months rotation in d igitalization, l ean, q uality, or l ogistics project in a p lant or t ool s ervice c enter, focusing on o perational excellence. ​ 6 months assignment on an international strategic project, breaking free from the confines of your home region and contributing to transformative initiatives on a global scale. ​ ​ One of these stages may occur at our group company Oegland with Headquarters in Klepp, Norway.​ ​

In this fast-tracked, 2 years program, you'll be placed at the heart where our innovation thrives, providing you with a first-hand experience in our core technical functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you. Within the program you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and hone your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into 3 main stages: 15-18monthsat our innovation and development centers in Schaan (Liechtenstein) orKauferingnear Munich (Germany), working with an international team oncutting-edgeprojects and supporting our goal of carbon-neutral power tools and consumables. 3-6months strategic project at our head office in Schaan, in areas like engineering, marketing,logistics, HR, or finance. 3months international strategic project outside the region, where you will contribute to transformative initiatives on a global scale.

What You’ll Do You operate state of the art measurement equipment in the serial production environment, and through own expertise act as global point of contact for the plant measurement community both for “problem solving” in our global network, but also to drive global roll out and implementation of new methodologies. You are responsible for the establishment and further development of state of the art and robust measurement strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. development and quality) During product development projects you are responsible in close alignment with our development and quality departments to develop, select and implement the most suitable measurement technologies.

What You'll Do You will play a critical role in obtaining and maintaining local and international approvals and certifications for our portfolio of direct fastening solutions. You will also be responsible for creating, releasing, and maintaining technical data for Direct Fastening systems, based on global data and in accordance with local needs and practices. You will support our customers' inquiries by providing technical support and application consulting for Direct Fastening solutions to the Hilti organizations worldwide. Working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative hardware and software solutions, derived from our strategic and day-to-day activities.

What you will do In this dynamic and impactful role, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply planning across the supply chain, including in-house production planning and coordination with external suppliers. You will contribute to optimizing product cost structures and support the successful introduction of new products through effective planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and tracking the performance of suppliers and production sites, while driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with Hilti Market Organizations, Business Units, Plants, and Suppliers to proactively manage stock shortages, ensure timely issue resolution, and coordinate logistics to optimize transportation and warehousing costs. You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your product portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements. A central focus will be your contribution to Time to Money (TTM) projects, where you will drive supply chain topics and manage seamless phase-in and phase-out processes to support the successful launch and discontinuation of products. Your entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach will enhance transparency, communication, and collaboration across all stakeholders, enabling a more agile and efficient supply chain.

What You’ll Do You will be working in a cross-functional team of development engineers, production specialist, purchasers and marketing peers. After thoroughly capturing the customer requirements and consulting experienced development colleagues, you will design novel concepts and confirm the value proposition of your solution at first hand. In addition, you optimize your subassembly in terms of functionality, manufacturability, robustness and costs in collaboration with simulation, production and testing experts. Beyond project-related activities you have the opportunity to self-responsibly drive novel, promising ideas supported by students, renowned universities, or external engineering companies.

Your tasks You will optimize and improve assembly and forming systems independently and on your own responsibility. In addition, you will take over the management and implementation of small investments within the value stream. Through targeted data analyses, you will derive concrete measures for optimisation and actively participate in the continuous improvement process. In addition, you will support the value stream line both on the shop floor and in operational issues

Deine Aufgaben Du bedienst und rüstest Walzanlagen selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich. Dabei bearbeitst Du Fertigungsaufträge inklusive der erforderlichen Dokumentation und führen laufende Qualitätsprüfungen durch. Zudem wirkst Du aktiv am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess mit und unterstützen die Umsetzung neuer Fertigungskonzepte.

Your tasks We are looking for candidates who are able to operate and set up forming lines independently and on their own responsibility. Your future area of responsibility will include processing orders, including the corresponding documentation, as well as carrying out ongoing quality checks. Furthermore, we expect you to actively participate in the continuous improvement process and in the implementation of new production concepts.
