Transport Specialist Complexity Simplified. Supply Chains Syncronized Role Overview As a Transportation Operations Coordinator you ensure, monitor, and develop / improve the performance of our “Global Transport 3PL Replenishment Network” in coordination with regional organizations. You will be part of the TMS (transport management system) roll out program, gradually taking responsibility for transportation planning in TMS. What you’ll do 3PL Performance Management (Air and Ocean): monitor 3PL performance, implement corrective measures in case performance is not line with expectations, conduct respective review meetings (monthly/quarterly) with the main 3PLs. Service quality and performance improvement – working with 3PL suppliers to improve their performance in short/long term (targeting OTD 95%+) and make this progress sustainable. Work also with the Wakeo providing shipments visibility for all stakeholders. Contact person for daily operations issues - act as POC for day-to-day operational escalations within Hilti working intensively with 3PL in their timely and correct resolution. Also, responsible Airfreight and Sea freight Damage& Claims topics working with Hilti Insurance and 3PLs on losses recovery. Roll out and implementation of TMS - Operational planning – gradually taking the responsibility for the transportation planning in new TMS system, which will be the new operational platform for Hilti in the future. This includes but is not limited to planning, changing management and problem resolution. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or business, alternatively Vocational training in transportation operations (f.e. Speditions Kaufmann/Kauffrau) with 1-3 year of experience in internation shipping coordination. Practical experience with Transportation Management System or/and ERPs, knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping with focus on Seafreight and Airfreight. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure. Working proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. Other languages is a plus. Precision Built. Performance Proven Role Overview This role leads the strategic transformation of our global manufacturing network — shaping footprint strategy, driving operational excellence, and steering high‑impact initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and resilience across ET&A. Global Product Manager Insights to action. Brand to impact Role Overview As a Global Product Manager, you will play a key part in our dynamic, international team as you define and manage your product portfolio for the global market according to Hilti’s strategy and priorities. To accomplish this, you will define the products' vision and own the roadmap together with your engineering counterparts, you will interact daily with development, supply, quality management, logistics, as well as our markets around the world to bring our differentiated products and services to life for our customers. This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 20% in this role. What you’ll do In this role you have global impact in driving a product portfolio in Business Unit Anchors to achieve market leadership. You are considered the business owner of your portfolio. You will define and develop the strategy and roadmap to address contractors and specifiers` pain points when doing anchoring in construction trades. You will continuously work with customers, with our marketing and sales colleagues around the world, and with our development teams. Your work will vary a lot, from the analysis of customers’ needs to shape the vision of a new product, to building up a marketing strategy in preparation of a product launch and teaming up with our marketing colleagues in the sales organizations to drive sales of our existing portfolio. You are the voice of and the voice to our market organization for the Business Unit. What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with business insight to deliver tangible impact for customers in the construction industry. You’ll be working in a collaborative, international environment and empowered to take ownership from day one. Here’s what you’ll need to bring: Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; MBA or business education is a plus. 5+ years in the construction industry as a structural/design engineer or project manager; experience in engineering consultancy preferred. Strong ability to analyze complex problems and translate data into actionable business solutions. Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively in matrix organizations. Excellent communication skills in English; international mindset with willingness for global mobility.
