DEINE AUFGABEN Als Teil unseres Security-Teams und Mitglied der Hilti-Betriebsfeuerwehr hast Du die verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe bei der Aufrechterhaltung von Ordnung und Sicherheit am Standort Schaan mitzuwirken. Du empfängst und unterweist Besucher und Fremdfirmen. In der Alarmzentrale bedienst Du die sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen, dokumentierst Feststellungen, intervenierst bei Ereignissen und wirkst bei der Behebung von technischen Störungen mit. Bei regelmässigen Rundgängen am Standort kontrollierst Du die Einhaltung relevanter Sicherheits- und Zutrittsbestimmungen. Bei Notfällen leistest Du Erste Hilfe, koordinierst die eingehenden Meldungen und leitest entsprechende Massnahmen ein. Here’s what you’ll need to bring: Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; MBA or business education is a plus. 5+ years in the construction industry as a structural/design engineer or project manager; experience in engineering consultancy preferred. Strong ability to analyze complex problems and translate data into actionable business solutions. Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively in matrix organizations. Excellent communication skills in English; international mindset with willingness for global mobility.
