80 - 100%Your tasksThe main purpose of the Business Controller is to act as a global, cross-technology business partner to the Industry Segment leadership team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic decision-making by delivering accurate analyses and recommending actions to improve performance. Acting as a proactive sparring partner and fully embedded in the business team, you will drive initiatives that contribute to the growth and long-term success of the Segment Industry (CHF 300+ million in net sale).Analyses operational results on deviations from budget/previous year and?monitors?financial performance of the Segment.
