Define and implement the lab’s strategic roadmap in collaboration with the engineering leadership team. Lead and support initiatives such as Lab digitalization, growth of the infrastructure, evaluation of new measurement technology and component testing programs. Global lab performance controlling & reporting based on the defined KPI’s. Ensure test standards, safety protocols, and software tools are harmonized globally.
