Task & Responsibilities: As a member of the executive assistant team you are going to assist to the local management and perform following duties: Providing office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; Keeping in touch with the management of all Kronospan-sites, official authorities, banks and with suppliers and customers; Handling incoming phone calls, screening and sorting correspondence; Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system; Business correspondence (e-mail, post in foreign language); Organize translation/official translation, apostille and documents from the Notary office; Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, events; Preparation of meeting materials (presentation, documents, agenda, meeting notes etc.); Travel organization, car rental; coordination of visa application processes; Preparation of reports; ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requirements: Min. High-school qualification (college / university degree is an asset); Min. 2-3 years’ experience as an assistant or in any related administrational position; Fluent English and German language knowledge (French is a plus); Excellent organizing and communicational skills; Pro-active personality with a can-do mentality; Efficiency at work; problem solving skills; Excellent stress and time management skills; Good command of MS Office.
