The work reaches across finance, administration, legal and tax coordination, governance, reporting, projects, and day-to-day follow-up with banks, advisers, trustees, foundations, service providers. This gives our team broad exposure to topics that are rarely visible from the outside.

We are looking for an:
Accountant (80 - 100%) m/f/d
The Accountant plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring that all accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant this position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will take ownership of data entry, ledger maintenance, and the preparation of periodic financial reports. In addition, the Accountant is expected to proactively identify potential risks and confidently engage with external auditors.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; alternatively, extensive experience in fiduciary services will be considered
- Solid knowledge of accounting.
- Investigative mindset with the ability to understand and analyses complex financial transactions across multiple jurisdictions and appropriately reflect and substantiate them in the financial statements
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, combined with sound judgement and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent knowledge in Excel to process data, prepare financial analysis and reports.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with resilience, flexibility, and a strong team-oriented approach
