Our work involves conducting clinical trials of interventions with potential public health impact, alongside research into the biological, clinical, environmental, and lifestyle determinants of healthy longevity. Ultimately, our aim is to generate evidence that shapes effective strategies for promoting longer and healthier lives at both individual and population levels.
This position is based at the University of Basel Department of Aging Medicine FELIX PLATTER, which is part of the Swiss Campus for Healthy Longevity.
Our team operates in an interdisciplinary and translational research environment which offers a collaborative setting that bridges academic research in an international network and clinical application, making it an ideal environment for impactful public health research.
Ihre TätigkeitenAs part of our team, your main tasks will include:Cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data from clinical trials coordinated by our group, in both interventional and observational settingsProviding research and methodological support to staff members and doctoral students, including:Study design and research proposal developmentData cleaning and statistical analysisReport and manuscript writing, and presenting findingsContributing to grant and funding proposal writingWas wir bieten
