Digital Campaign Operations Manager (m/f/x)
Turn insights into action and digital campaigns into global impact.
Role Overview
As Digital Campaign Operations Manager, you will help bring global digital campaigns to life. You will coordinate the execution of campaigns from briefing to roll out, working closely with creative agencies, our 10 regions and market organizations, inhouse creatives, producers, paid media managers, data and technical teams. From clear messaging concepts and channel-ready briefs to coordinating tasks in Jira, localization, asset delivery, and launch readiness, you will make sure everyone has what they need to deliver with clarity and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, structure, and creative execution to create meaningful digital impact at global scale.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will coordinate the operational delivery of global digital campaigns across markets and channels. You will:
· Plan and manage campaign execution: Translate campaign objectives into clear briefs, timelines, Jira workflows, and deliverables across web, email, paid media, and social channels.
· Coordinate stakeholders and partners: Work closely with Market Organizations, HUBs, MarCom, creative, content, analytics, Product Owners, agencies, and vendors to align priorities, dependencies, decisions, and expectations.
· Enable market and launch readiness: Coordinate localization, asset delivery, tagging, tracking, approvals, and go-live preparation so markets have what they need to launch on time.
· Drive clarity and continuous improvement: Monitor progress, identify risks, support escalations, capture learnings, and improve campaign processes, playbooks, and ways of working.
What you’ll bring
· A degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience coordinating digital campaigns or campaign operations. Agency experience is a plus.
· Experience coordinating multi-market campaign delivery with stakeholders, agencies, or vendors across digital channels such as web, email, paid media, or social.
· Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools, including workflows, task tracking, and status reporting.
· Understanding of campaign execution processes, including asset delivery, localization, tracking setup, quality checks, and go-live readiness.
· Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies in a matrix environment.
