We are looking for committed candidates with technical vocational training – ideally as a mechatronics technician – as well as in-depth knowledge of plant engineering. In addition to the ability to optimize existing plants and implement improvements, we expect a high degree of operational readiness and flexibility. You are a real team player with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile. This full-time position is available immediately. No travel is planned for this position.
You will optimize and improve assembly and forming systems independently and on your own responsibility. In addition, you will take over the management and implementation of small investments within the value stream. Through targeted data analyses, you will derive concrete measures for optimisation and actively participate in the continuous improvement process. In addition, you will support the value stream line both on the shop floor and in operational issues
